Home Building Process

1. Pick your neighborhood or community
2. Find the best home site that fits your needs
3. Take your home site off the market with an earnest money contract
4. Sit with design counselor to design the house you want
5. House plan will be produced
6. Complete full mortgage application
7. Decoration for home
8. Sign off on all plans and make change orders
9. Submit documents for city permit
10. Once appraisal comes back with value, submit documents to bank for construction loan
11. Bank sets up construction loan, then attorney prepares contracts
12. Legal documents sent to title company who ensures the legal title and interim construction loan statement
13. Meet with builder and choose final lot for you home
14. Construction to begin
15. Home building will start as soon as we get the crews slotted to begin work

17. Final closing at the title company
